No More Chemo!

It was the one thing we've been looking forward to since July. Courtney rang the bell at Primary Children's Medical Center! The bell can only be rung when a patient finishes their cancer treatments so that mean's one thing. Courtney is done with her treatments! It was so fun to be there, and though Courtney was still feeling pretty nauseous from her last Chemo treatment, it was definitely a celebration.

Courtney has gone through so much over the past year. She is the strongest little girl. I have learned so much from her attitude on how you can still be happy through adversity. As we were leaving the hospital she lifted up her hat and cheerfully asked her mom, "Is my hair growing back yet?" Soon enough it will!

Courtney has the most amazing parents and sisters. They have been by her side every step of the way. They deserved to ring the bell just as much as Courtney did.

I can't tell you how special of a place Courtney holds in my heart!
