Confession Sesh

Oh hi there. Almost a week has gone by.
Already? Where does the time go?
Another confession sesh from yours truly.

Here we go ... Mmmk?

I confess ... I am a confused lefty. I eat, write and play tennis left-handed, but throw a ball, shoot a basketball, bat and cut with scissors right-handed.

I confess ... I would love to live in NYC. I dream of it. Like literally I had a dream about it last night. Nothing permanent. Only for like a year or two.

I confess ... I get cranky when I am hungry. If I'm acting irritable nine times out of ten I just haven't eaten. FEED ME!

I confess ... I am terrified of being on the freeway in the winter. I was in a roll-over car accident when I was 16-years-old So if I yell at you while you're driving, don't take it personal. You would think I'd be over it 11 years later. #whiteknuckles

I confess ... I love love love Diet Coke. My co-worker told the people we were hosting on this trip that I will do anything for a Diet Coke. All I could do was nod and say, "It's true."

I confess ... I think watching people fall is hilarious. #slippingonice. That and Ellen. Have you Twilight fans seen this video yet? Hu-lar.

I confess ... I almost bought these footie pajamas at target the other day. #leopardlove

I confess ...When I was younger I thought a dresser was called a chester drawers and not a chest of drawers. You're also talking to the girl who thought the song White Flag by Dido said poke my eyes out and surrender and not put my hands up and surrender.

I confess ... I have already been listening to Christmas music for two weeks straight. Too early? If there has been a snow fall I say never!

There you have it more things you may or may not care to know about me. #random

Addicts Anonymous?

I may or may not be addicted to a couple things...

I kinda like Diet Coke
and
I kinda like to shop.

Maybe they're not so anonymous addictions.

I blame my mom on both fronts.

Addiction is such a harsh word ... lets call them habits.
Yep. That sounds better.

I'm trying to convince myself these "habits" are not so bad....

Justification #1: Shopping

I set a goal not to shop the entire month of January. I officially made it 17 days. I probably could have actually made it the entire month, but I just can't pass up a good deal (another thing I blame my mom for). I got two pairs of shoes, which were both regularly priced at $70 each for a grand total of $39 and some change. I'll go ahead and do the math for you. I saved myself $100. If that's not a reason to break my goal I don't know what would be.

Justification #2: Diet Coke

My friend (who is the healthiest eater I know) thought I was crazy when I told her that Diet Coke was my simple pleasure of the day ... every day. And then one day she actually went into a gas station for the sole purpose of getting one. She doesn't think I'm so crazy anymore. Success! It's kinda a family thing too. I came across this video a couple weeks ago I forgot I had. My niece Alli was playing McDonald's with Grandma J. As grandma places her order Alli makes sure she asks the most important questions "... Milkshake? Diet Coke?"

See maybe these "habits" can be justified?
Just tell me yes so I'll feel a little better.

P.S. I just realized can't spell anonymous to save my life. It's like the words Albuquerque and guarantee. Why do they make it so difficult?
